Explosive arrows, in "Resident Evil 2," are a new addition to the Resident Evil franchise. You cannot simply find the arrows--they have to be forged with regular arrows and ultra-rare explosive powder. Due to their rarity, explosive arrows are one of the most powerful weapons in the game. They are a great accessory when ravious dogs and zombies are hunting you.
Instructions
1. Find the crossbow located at the military training facility. Go up to the second floor near the main entrance. Continue to the room at the end of the hallway. The crossbow will be on the desk.
2. Find arrows. They are extremely easy to come by and usually show up right before or after a boss battle. Press the "X" button to pick up the arrows. Go to your weapon inventory by pressing "Square," and choose to combine your arrows with your crossbow. Highlight the crossbow and press "Equip" to use it.
3. Use the explosive powder. You can find explosive powder at the Airport Save Room, the Casino and the Terminal. At the airport save room, use the lock pick on the Duralumin case that you found at the Palace bathroom. At the casino, find the powder on top of the baby piano. In the terminal, search for the explosive powder in the terminal bunk, along with the powder, retrieve the handgun bullets and first aid spray.
4. Combine the arrows and the explosive powder. Access your weapon inventory and forge the explosive arrows. Equip the arrows to your crossbow and then equip the crossbow as your primary weapon.
