Penguin
"Club Penguin" is a virtual world for children designed by Disney. A child can have a free account or a membership account. As of January 2011, membership accounts are $5.95 per month, or they can be purchased in six-month gift cards for $29.95 or 12-month gift cards for $57.95. In "Club Penguin," children have penguins and igloos, both of which they can accessorize. The accessories are purchased using coins earned playing various games. Most clothing items can only be purchased and worn by "Club Penguin" members.
Instructions
1. Visit "Club Penguin's" various parties, such as Puffle Party, Music Jam, Christmas, Halloween and Club Penguin Play Awards, to celebrate new things on Club Penguin. Certain articles of clothing are available during the events celebrated on Club Penguin. Such events are held when "Club Penguin" creates something new, such as a game, location or clothes.
2. Look for bins at various public places on the Island. A sign that says "Free" is located near the bins. Click on the bin, and a message pops up asking if you would like to claim the item. Click "Yes."
3. Click on your player card (the star icon) and the white arrow to show your penguin's inventory. Click on the various clothing tabs to select the item you would like your penguin to wear.
