Sixaxis is a motion control feature built into every PlayStation 3 controller.
"Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots," or "MGS4," is a stealth-action game released for Sony's PlayStation 3 game console. While the game makes little use of the PlayStation 3 controller's Sixaxis feature, the Sixaxis implementation that is present is quite useful. The only times the Sixaxis can be used in "MGS4" is when resetting your Octocamo, looking out of a dumpster and using the "Psycho Mantis" and "Sorrow" dolls. Using the Sixaxis in "MGS4" requires very specific circumstances, but in each circumstance, it can be used in a few simple steps.
Instructions
1. Shake the PlayStation 3 controller to reset Snake's Octocamo using the controller's Sixaxis feature.
2. Press and hold the "L1" button and turn the controller side to side while hiding in a dumpster to lift the lid of the dumpster and look around using the controller's Sixaxis feature.
3. Equip the "Psycho Mantis" or "Sorrow" doll and press the "R1" button to fire the doll's projectile at an enemy. Press the "L1" button and shake the controller to shake the enemy to death using the controller's Sixaxis feature.
