Anyone craving Italian food in Anaheim Hills, California, is in luck. Foscari Cuisine


Foscari Cuisine specializes in "Mediterranean fusion." The menu features a variety of dishes with a Spanish flavor, such as paella with mussels, clams, shrimp, chorizo and chicken, in addition to contemporary Italian fare. Pasta dishes include four-cheese gnocchi and meat lasagna with spinach pasta, nutmeg cream sauce and smoked mozzarella. Foscari has a happy hour with $5 cocktails and select wines by the glass before 6:30 p.m. daily. Wines by the bottle are 30 percent off Sunday through Thursday, and there is no corkage fee on Mondays and Tuesdays. Main entrees range from $9 to $26 as of 2010.


Pasta Bravo


Pasta Bravo is a "fast casual" Italian restaurant whose offerings include family meals and the "Create Your Own" pasta bowl. You can choose your pasta, sauce and up to three ingredients. Traditional Italian dishes are also available, such as meat lasagna and chicken parmigiana, as are more contemporary dishes like chicken basil cream and a variety of gourmet pizzas and fresh salads. All food is made fresh to order; carry-out and online ordering for pickup or delivery are available. Most dishes are under $9; family meals range from $23.99 to $29.99 as of 2010.


Yves' Restaurant and Wine Bar


Yves' Restaurant and Wine Bar is a Zagat-rated restaurant featuring both Italian and French cuisine. The Anaheim Hills spot was redesigned in 2008 and boasts a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere with a fireplace, European and Tuscan decor, a fireplace and two big-screen TVs that play classic movies and sporting events. Yves' received MyFoxLA's BEST Orange County Wine Bar award in 2008. The menu features tapas, surf and turf, and a variety and pasta dishes including fettuccini gorgonzola, scallops capellini and rigatoni. Prices for entrees and pastas range from $16 to $28 as of 2010. A large selection of wines are available by the glass.


Baci di Firenze


Baci di Firenze is a family-owned Italian restaurant that features a traditional Italian menu. The lunch menu boasts a range of appetizers, soups and salads, along with a selection of pastas, paninis, meats and gourmet pizzas. For dinner, you can choose from soups, salads and appetizers, including crab cakes served with fresh saffron sauce and clams sauteed in a white wine and spicy tomato sauce. Main entrees are priced from $14.95 to $29.95 and include veal scaloppini prepared in several different ways, and a selection of risottos, filet mignon, fish, chicken and pastas.
