"Resident Evil
: Deadly Silence" brings the horror of the original "Resident Evil" game to the Nintendo DS. You'll play as one of two agents, Chris Redfield or Jill Valentine, as they battle through a mansion filled with zombies and monsters. When you play as Jill, you'll encounter a secondary character named Barry. "Resident Evil: Deadly Silence" lets you make choices that affect the outcome of the game, and you'll have to make the right choices to see Barry survive at the end of the game and get the best ending.
Instructions
1. Wait for Barry following the rope-dropping cut scene after fighting the giant snake boss. Barry will lower Jill down by rope and then drop the rope. Wait for him to get another rope and return and raise Jill back out.
2. Proceed through the game as normal. You'll encounter Barry again in an underground tunnel and he'll inquire about teaming up. Respond "Yes" to ensure you get the good ending. After another cut scene you'll end up separated again.
3. Proceed through the game and you'll encounter Barry and the game's villain, Wesker. After a lengthy cut scene you'll battle the boss Tyrant. Defeat him with grenades and flame rounds.
4. Walk over to Barry's collapsed body after the fight. This is your last "choice," and if you do not check on his body you will not be able to save him. He will wake up and head off in his own direction. Proceed through the game as normal and he will board the helicopter with you at the end.
