Pay Less For Cat Shots

If you are a cat owner, you know how pricey it can be to get the shots that are required. It can cost a lot of money each year. This can really become expensive when you have more than one cat. Still, you should always get shots for your cat, even if they do not go outside. The reason for this is they could easily come in contact with diseases that are brought into their environment. Cat shots are a necessity; but you can definitely get good prices on them. Read on to find out how.

Instructions

1. The first thing you will need is all of the basic information on your cat, or cats. Make a list and include their age, any special conditions and records of any previous shots given (make note of the dates). This information will be required by the veterinarian to know what shots your cat will be required to get.

2. Open your phone book to the veterinarian section.

3. Go over the ads and locate at least 5 different veterinarian offices. You may want to find the closest ones to your home; but to really get a better deal, you should include as many as you can.

4. Take a piece of paper and write the names of the veterinarian offices. It may be helpful to include the address and phone number, as well. Leave at least 5 spaces in between the names to write notes.

5. Start with the first office and go through the entire list. Ask each office for the total price of the required cat shots. It is a good idea to get the prices of each shot separately, since your cat(s) may not need all of the shots every year. You will most likely be asked about your cats' history, which you made note of in Step 1.

6. Once you have the required information, evaluate the prices and decide on the best deal. You may be amazed how much you can save. The complete process can be completed in minutes!
