The only Treasure Island Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas is situated on the Las Vegas Strip. It has 2,664 rooms as well as 220 suites. It was opened in 1993 and originally it was intended to have a pirate theme to attract families. In 2003 this theme was abandoned as the proprietors wanted to attract more adults to the resort.
