Make A Claw Glove

Make a claw glove for a monster costume.

If your child wants to be a dinosaur or monster for Halloween, then you may need to make claw gloves for her. You can do this together using simple materials that you may already have at your house. This craft project is so simple and economical, in fact, that you can make several pairs of claw gloves for other little monsters in your home.

Instructions

1. Cover a flat workspace with wax paper.

2. Tear off strips of wax paper, roll them and slide them into the fingers of the glove. This will help prevent the hot glue from gluing the tips of the gloves together.

3. Place a hot glue stick in the hot glue gun, plug the gun into a power outlet and allow the glue to warm up for a few minutes.

4. Squeeze glue on the back of a press-on or acrylic nail and press it directly on the corresponding finger of the glove. Repeat until both hands are covered in claws. Allow the glue to dry before taking out the wax paper and trying on the glove.
